I'm glad to hear that others take the easy way out after cooking for a holiday. After making the sweet potatoes, squash casserole, preparing the asparagus for roasting and cleaning the other veggies, we had hot dogs and chips for supper. Everything is at a state that I can handle well tomorrow. The ham can cook while I'm at church and the rest as soon as I get home. I get to enjoy the day also. I love things made ahead.
