I really like the cream puffs with chicken salad, but someone else is bringing the savory food. I bring either petit fours or the eclairs and tea. I'm going to take some of my new teas and see how well it is received.

licia said:Mudbug, do you mean the recipe for chicken salad? I use poached chicken breast, celery, red onion and enough mayo to blend - but not enough to make the puffs soggy. Also I froze my puffs ahead of time and split and stuffed them the day of the wedding.
