My Easter Cake.

I am going to make a cinnamon cake, for Easter, from a receipe somebody on Discuss cooking gave.
I will also add coffee brandy liquir, nutmeg and walnuts. I will pour a little Baileys Irish Cream over it, to serve.

Anybody got any suggestion, to improve the cake.

That sounds like a tasty cake! If you feel the need to purchase a new cake pan, you could always creative a festive design like these easter egg cakes:

I have a football cake pan that would make a great Easter egg. All I'd have to do is trim the ends a bit. Thanks for the link.

My daughter would love that idea, about making the cake easter egg shaped. She is 6 and thinks food is for looking at and playing with, as much as it is for eating.
