Stir-fry (steamed actually), peppers, onions, cabbage, mushrooms, water chestnuts, then sliced zucchini, strips of yellow peppers, broccoli trees, and soy curls, seasoned with soy sauce, garlic and onion powder, glazed with water and corn starch. Served plain or with stir fry sauce on veggie brown basmati rice.
