I keep adding more and more to my morning scrambled eggs. This morning it was mushrooms, spinach, lentils, tomato and onion. YUMMY
That's what I do when I start out with a simple fratatta. A couple of eggs, mushrooms, well maybe those leftover fried potatoes, an onion would be nice, some steamed broccoli would be great, and before you know it I am cleaning out the fridge.
