Today, we had ribs, potato salad, collard greens, and cornbread that stuck to the skillet! I love these kinds of meals!

I made garden salads, followed by cold meatloaf sandwiches. They were supposed to be on homemade bread, but my bread was slow to rise. So... pretty much like the baker. [emoji38]

Some leftovers are the best. We had leftovers last night....it was more of "refrigerator surprise". But did not want items to go to waste!

It really was quite good. It was stuff we really didn't want to go off, not just because it's wasteful, but because it was too yummy to miss a second chance at it.

Pork cutlets are sooo good!

Bento box with seasoned sushi rice, katsu pork w/ Teriyaki & roasted eel.

Where do you find eel to roast? It looks yummy!

I completely understand that! It's why we had leftovers tonight!
