this one's in late, but i cooked today, so i was hoping for a thread.
i made chicken cacciatore with skinless legs and thighs. dw marinated some skinless thighs in world harbors fajita marinade, then broiled them.
while we cooked, i cleaned out the fridge and found all of the ingredients for a double batch of my mango salsa, so i made it.
so at 7pm we all had dw's broiled fajita chicken, mango salsa, and mashed garlic and cheese flavored spuds.
i brought the cacciatore into work, and i'm about to chow down now, brown cow...
The past is gone it's all been said.
