1 White Lily Corn Muffin Mix or Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1 cup milk
4 eggs or add more eggs if you like

PAM cooking spray

Add one cup of grits to 4 cups of boiling water. Add one
teaspoon of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes , with minute grits. Add butter and mix well. Let grits cool or get cold.
Saute sausage and drain. In a mixing bowl beat eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Add cornbread mix and milk. Mix well. Add sausage and grits.
Spray Dutch oven with cooking spray and pour in mixture.
Cove top with cheese. Add any kind you like. I like to add more.
Place top on oven and place 15 coals on top and 9 coals on
bottom. This will be at 325 degrees. Cook for about 30 to 45 minutes.
