DOUGH

100g starch
15g flour
60g sugar
1 egg
30g cocoa powder
125g margarine
2 spoons cream


FILLING

100g white pouring
50ml cream
3 spoons white rum


COVERING

dark chocolate glaze


DIRECTIONS

Mix starch an flour. Add egg, sugar, cocoa powder, margarine, cream and knead well. Dough roll into transparent foil(for provisions) and put it into refrigerator for 30min.

For white chocolate mass mince well white pouring and melt it in warm cream. Then chill(little) mass, mix in white rum and cool down. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Roll out dough and cut out approximately 60 stars 5cm of diameter. Half of stars cut out circle. Put cookies on baking paper which is in baking tin. Bake from 6 to 8min.

Melt glaze and pour over stars with circle. Wait until glaze is solid. white mass beat until is firmly creamy. Smear other stars and then put on these stars stars with circle.
