1- cup ketshup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1- Tbl horseradish (not sauce)
2 tbl- prepared mustard
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/4 black pepper
Mix all together and marinate at least 24 hours
grill meat and bast with marinate.
double the recipe and set some aside to baste with.
this also make a great sandwhich on a crusty bread for lunce the next day
