I can honestly say for the first time in a very long time I'm actually happy !!!
And I have so many great friends here for that. Again I love you all and thank you
for all your birthday wishes. You guys mean the world to me !


(Btw for those who don't know what a cassata cake is here's a definition)

Here in the Cleveland area, most of the local bakeries here sell what they call a Cassata Cake but it's nothing more than a layer of yellow poundcake-type cake with custard filling, a layer of fresh strawberries, a second cake layer and frosted with whipped cream


I believe some other places call them Italian Wedding Cakes.
