On a whim, I ended up in Dallas on a day trip. I'm having dinner in Irving at a place called The Ranch. Food's pretty good. This is Chipotle Meatloaf with a veggie medley. Washing it down with some local Texas wine.

So my dinner isn't exactly red, white, and blue. It's more Italian themed colors. I had a big bowl of garden tomatoes on the counter that needed to be used up, so I made Tomato Basil Soup. I had a salad, too.
