    Flat iron on the cast iron

    Flat iron steak. If anybody out there has not tried it yet I highly recommend it. Just as tender as tenderloin, but with more flavor.I grilled this one on my lodge cast iron grill. Salt and pepper only. Grilled to medium rare. Thin side came out medium, but it was still great.

    Ferris wheel chickens

    Found these big boys on sale. 67 cents a pound. Picked up two with a link of sauage. Chopped them in half, seasoned them up and decided to give them about a three hour ride on the cypress smoker ferris wheel.First time I've used it. It handled 10 pounds of chicken easy.
