My brother dropped off some bambi burger last night, so I made a Bambi sammy for lunch. I sauteed onins and mushrooms, then mixed horseradish, worstishier, melted butter and Phillips Blackening Seasoning to the meat. After it was browned, I topped it with shredded mozz cheese. Toasted the roll and dressed with ketchup, mayo, Webers hot relish sandwich spread and lettuce.
