I was going to grill burgers on Sunday but never got around to it so I cooked em up tonight while watching the BCS game. I grilled em on the Chaney with a few pieces of pecan to give em a little smoke flavor. I also made some hasselback potatoes in the oven.

My burger along with a hasselback. I had swiss cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato and bacon all on a nice big sesame bun.
looks good. some game! how do you like the Chaney? I'm considering getting one or possibly a BDS. I don't think I could go wrong with either.
