Camping BBQ Chicken

We are out camping this weekend. I don't know if you really call it camping. We have full hookups, WIFI connection, pool and our toy hauler is not fancy but it does have all of the comforts of home. Anyway, simple dinner tonight, some chicken thighs then added some Kinders BBQ sauce that was enhanced with some Mad Hunky Hot Wang, soy sauce and black pepper.

Plated. We were gonna have a green salad and we have everything for it but I forgot to pack the lettuce. Oh well sliced cucumbers and tomatoes it is with some blue box mac and cheese.
