Well I went to my doctor today. 
I don't think I told anyone this. Back in September of last year, I got taken to the hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack. After running about 30 test on me, it was out that my ticker is fine, but I have Type 2 Diabetes. My sugar level was over 450, when it should be around 100.
Like I said, I went to the doctor today. My blood has leveled off to around 190, and still dropping. The nurse took my blood pressure and it was 189/115 on their machine. My doctor, came in and told me , you have always had low blood pressure so I am going to check it again, only about 5 minutes had passed. He use an old manual one. When he got the results he just starting laughing. it was 108/69, yeah a vast difference. I have also lost 21 more pounds. So things are looking up alittle in my neck of the woods.
Now all I have to do is get my back uncrushed from 8 years ago, and all will be right with the world......
