If your going to feed the fire, might as well fill the smoker. Invited my neighborhood customers over for a tasting of new * items - many from your advice and it turned out great. Had pastrami, turkey breast, chicken quarters, canadian bacon*, stuffed fatty*, 3 types stuffed pork loin*, basic bone-in pork loin*, ribs and a butt. Thanks for being willing to share your knowledge with us novices. My margaritas were a hit as well. Big Dude
