This little number beats the pants off Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur, though is stronger.
250ml Irish / Scotch whisky
1 tin condensed milk, full cream, sweetened
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, or Belgian chocolate spread
1 tablespoon Bourbon vanilla syrup.
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until well mixed.
Pour into a bottle, chill then serve straight or on the rocks.
