ISO Help With Windows Edge Keyboard

I was typing for too fast this morning and hit,
I don't know what keys in the lower left of my HP Laptop.
Now, the ALT key is not working correctly.
What I mean by that is before,
I could hover over a photo, hold down the ALT key and click the touchpad, aka
mouse, and I was given a choice as to where I wanted that photo to go, ie, which photo file folder.
All of a sudden, now the photos are automatically going to the "download file"
PITA, `cuz then I have to move the photo, etc.

HELP!

What did I do, or better yet, could someone guide me as to a correction?

Sorry that happened, I wish I could help. I once turned my screen sideways by a wrong combination of keys. That was fun - searching the 'net for a fix with everything sideways. If that was your issue, I would be able to tell you the solution, probably. It only happens when I (accidentally) choose the French or bilingual keyboard.
