Went to Texas this weekend and hammered a good time.
Gas grilled fajitas(only thing we had)
Got home dying for something done over charcoal sooooo
Blue cheese burgers. Started with ancho and negro seasoned burgers. Then whipped out the non-stick cast iron skillet and threw in some plum mators with garlic, EVOO, blue cheese, butter, fresh basil ans oregano and finished the plate with green beans and new tators and an over ripe jalapeno that knock off both my socks on heat!
