I finally got to cook something decent!

Salted a london broil. One of those buy one get one free models at the WD, then seasoned it with some Texas fajita seasoning, seared real good and sliced real thin.

Yumm!

They don't always label em as london broil here BC, They call em top round roast, Albertsons & Winn Dixie call em london broil.

Looks super good RB, good idea too

Top round = london broil

And I'm not saying anything here...but Ronbeaux...that's not how you spell what you had for dinner!! SHAME ON YOU!

London Broil = a cooking method in which flank (traditionally) or top round cuts are used.

Do look mighty laurapin. Now did have to do some figgering on whut was up with the pot inside the skillet. You squashing them puppies right? Ya know old Danny Gaulden got a real similar recipe (course I suppose all quesssadillos recipes is similar come to thunk on it:) cept he calls em "Flips" and uses leftover brisket or some other of God's Creatures which has unfortunatly been turned to bbq and remained uneaten. I think he say you could even use old leftover dead chickens if a person takes a notion such as that.
