Make hot chocolate tablets into chocolate to eat?

i have Abuelita Mexican Chocolate Tablets and they are pretty good tasting tablets for hot chocolate but i'd like to make them into chocolate for my family to eat. is there anyway to attempt this?

It is great for mole or hot chocolate, but I doubt it would make good eating chocolate seeing how coarse/grainy it is. My wife has used it in a pinch for baking when out of semi-sweet.
