Dang JB that looks good Boy. Ya know I got up some energy a few or two back and made up some of them muffalatos too. Noticed once they sit a while that olive salad makes the bread real soggy. Any januine coonass cure for that malady? Been thinking maybe putting the slad twixt the meat and the cheese might be a good plan. Whutcha think? Thanks.

I LOVE the Central Market Muffalattas.

Bought one to take home right before heading to the airport and everyone on the jet hated me.

It was wonderful.

Didn't have one tonight. Ended up grilling some thighs with pecan wood.

You know what that means?

My jar is still full!!!

Ok you got me. So for my punishment you need to cook for me next time I'm in BR.

I've got one of those panini grills too. They are great, my mom liked mine so much I got one for her. Great for making grilled cheese sandwiches to go with tomato soup after a nice day of sledding. Of course you need snow to go sledding, which will be here soon in MN. JB, you may need to google "snow" to know what I'm talking about. PAY ATTENTION BOY!!!! I'm talking freezing weather.
