My family really likes this sauce. You can add your favorite spices to this and make it your own.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE (PRESSURE COOKER)
1 can(s) (6 ounces) TOMATO PASTE
1/2 pound(s) ITALIAN SAUSAGE; Bulk.
3 clove(s) GARLIC; Minced.
1 can(s) (14.5 ounce) STEWED TOMATOES
1 can(s) (15 ounce) TOMATO SAUCE
1/2 teaspoon(s) RED PEPPER FLAKES; Crushed.
1 teaspoon(s) SUGAR
SPAGHETTI; Cooked.
2 BAY LEAVES
1/2 pound(s) GROUND BEEF
1 medium ONION; Chopped.
1/2 GREEN BELL PEPPER; Chopped.
1 teaspoon(s) OREGANO; Dried.
SALT; To Taste.
BLACK PEPPER; To Taste.

In a pressure cooker brown ground beef and sausage with the garlic and onions.
Drain off any fat.
Add sugar, oregano, crushed red pepper, bay leaves, green bell peppers, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste and salt and pepper to taste.
Close lid and place pressure regulator on.
Slowly bring pressure cooker up to pressure.
Reduce heat just enough to maintain pressure and pressure regulator rocks gently; cook for 10 minutes.
Quick-release the pressure.
Remove bay leaves.
Serve over spaghetti.
