I fixed these today, trying out a way to have a "Buffalo" inspired spicy poultry without bones or breading.
2 lbs turkey tenderloin, 1.5 inch cubes
1/2 cup favorite hot sauce, I used Cholula
1/4 tsp celery seed
4 Tbs butter
Combine turkey, hot sauce and celery seed in a bowl, stir well, cover and refrigerate x 1 hour. Heat oven to 400°F, place butter on a 13x9 pan and set in the oven to melt, once melted place the marinated turkey in a single layer on the pan and bake for 20 min, check for done ness, no pink.
Serve with Bleu Cheese Dressing.
