My brother has this 22 pounder in the freezer and decided we should smoke it. It was one left over from November. A store brand that was self basting. Cooked it over lump and cherry. Looks good, hope it tastes alright. Went much faster than last weekends 20lbs of butts and 7 racks of loin backs (they went too fast no pics were taken. Off the smoke, rested, pulled and into the 100 mouths that showed up.)
