Its been a while since I grilled some short ribs ribs so today was the day. I need to do these more often they are great.
Went to the store and decided to pick up only one beer. This should do.
Went to my favorite Mexican market and picked up some 5 for a $1 corn and 3 for a $1 green onions.
Marinaded some short ribs in some Soy Vay Teriyaki sauce for about 6 hours and then on the grill.
Made some Normandy style veggies in the wok and finished them in some Teriyaki sauce.
Half of a head of cabbage on the wok and finished it with , you guessed it Teriyaki sauce.
Plated.
I would love to say this cook went without a hitch but I just finished the Normandy veggies and put the second batch of ribs on the grill and realized somebody was hitting the first pic a little too early and hard and forgot to start the rice. The ribs were still really good but the veggies suffered a little during the reheat.
