This is a new item to my local grocery store.

This item is made with Lentil, Adzuki, and Garbonzo bean flour.

The item is 2 inches long by a 1.25 inches wide rectangle that is not 100% flat.

The item is a bit bumpy.

The color is very light.

They were nice and crunchy.

the taste was not bad at all, but nothing special.

I will still say this is a big thumbs up.

Great, I will look for them for DH. I have found that just not listing wheat (or other gluten grains) isn't enough....it actually has to say gluten free. Hopefully they are here in Canada. Or I can get my Sister to see if she can find them on her next trip over the border.

Same item as before, but did have a good amount of visable cracked pepper on it.

The pepper flvaor though did not impress it all.

I thought it made it a bit worse.

still nice and crunchy.

I give this flavor a medium sized thumbs up.
