That looks awesome. Ettouffee is one of my favorites. Only a couple of my northern buddies will eat it, they complain about calories or something. More for me!

Looks good. I didn't care much for the Tony's "Shrimp Okra & Sausage" meal I bought. It was edible though... Now the Best Stop.... Oh Yeah!!!!
