I was watching BBQ America on PBS on Sat. and host did something I had never seen before. He put the rub on his ribs and then after a couple of hours he pulled them out slathered them with mustard and put a second different rub on the ribs, then he covered them in foil and put them back in the cooker. This was new to me! Has anyone tried putting a second different rub on your ribs? If so what were the results??
