It is a Monday thru Friday Breakfast: 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
2/3 cup water 1 tsp flax meal sprinkle of cinnamon Place in micro for 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from micro add: all or some of these or other 1tsp flax meal
plain yogurt ground almonds homemade maple syrup fruit
delicious....and healthy. Saturday and Sunday one egg whole wheat toast at our favorite local diners. Aria
so Luvs, kashi........you and my DH........the smell litrally turns my stomach.....I don't know why.........I'm certainly not preggers..............I guess it's just me.......but I can't stand the smell of it........and you're right it's very healthy for you.......wished that it didn't have the aroma that my nose dislikes..........
Hot coffee, a bowl of icy cold diced fruit and a fried egg sammie..The sammie was outstanding toasted and buttered sourdough, 2 slices of melting cheese, crisp bacon and a fried egg..Ahhh life is good
