This is not technically "baking," but I just made these again: (I keep the heat at 240 F and use double the amount of chocolate. I make some with pecans and some with lightly salted peanuts).

I'm making Swedish Sourdough rye bread and cranberry souffle. I was going to make apricot, but SOMEONE ate the apricots.

Well the SOMEONE did not have either feather or fur...and, SOMEONE didn't eat them, just moved them (I am about to padlock the fridge so that things stay where I put them...). So the apricot-pecan souffle is back on the agenda. Although, the cranberry one was tempting...

SOMEONE might be missing his hands if he doesn't stop moving things (read that--putting them where I can't find them) in the fridge (cupboard...).

You are more than welcome to come over. The recipe made a nice big 9x13 baking dish full.
