Hi all! I would like to share with you all a wonderful appetizer recipe which I have made recently. It was yummy and I thought it should be shared with those who loves cooking. It's just you need to make them ahead and cook when you are ready to serve.
Ingredients :
2 potatoes, peeled and chopped (about 12 oz/360 g)
2 tsp (10 mL) canola oil
2 shallots, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp (10 mL) chopped fresh thyme
2 cod loins or fillets (about 8 oz/227 g)
2 tbsp(25 mL) dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tbsp (25 mL) chopped fresh parsley
pinch hot pepper flour
1 egg
2/3 cup (150 mL) panko breadcrumbs, toasted
