Elvis' favorite pound cake, yummy!

I wanted to make my two little grand daughters a birthday cake and ended up making one big and 3 smaller ones.
I settled on this and can't quite say how truly wonderful it is.
It doesn't look like it makes sense but it does.
It works and for any one that needs a good ''back pocket pound cake recipe'' this may just be it.

I think I will try that one.
It looks delicious.
I hope I can find some real vanilla pods to flavour it.
Otherwise I will flavour it with orange juice. Orange juice and cream would make a nice flavour combination wouldnt it.
