My X-hag-in-law used to make the yummiest things. It was a bit of sweet and savory pork, wrapped inside little balls of a sweet bread-like stuff... and I think steamed.

Do you know what I'm talking about? What's it called? How do you make it?

Siopao! Pronouced show pow, it's a big steamed dumpling, originally of Chinese origin, filled with barbequed pork. I have never made them myself because, in my neighborhood, I can buy them at a Pilipino bakery. There are numerous recipes on the internet if you Google siopao recipes
