I haven't tried this yet, but it sure looks good.
Baked Green Chile Rice
Serves/Makes: 4
3 cups Rice -- Cooked
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup MontereyJack Cheese -- Shredded
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese -- Shredded
Red Pepper Flakes -- To Taste
8 ounces Green Chiles -- Chopped And Drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in an ungreased
2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
