Hi: I hope you have some help with the prep. Here goes
Assemble:
75 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and shredded
30 heads lettuce, torn into small pieces
100 green
onions, sliced
100 stalks celery, sliced thin
10 cups walnuts, chopped
2 cups sesame seeds, toasted
6 pounds thin spagetti noodles - directions follow
9 cups seasoned
rice vinegar
4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup salt
12 cups peanut oil
- <LI style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; COLOR: #000000">In a large tub combine the chicken, lettuce, green onion, celery, nuts, seeds and noodles. Mix all together. Set aside. <LI style="FONT-WEIGHT: normal; COLOR: #000000">To Make Dressing: Put vinegar in a large bowl. Dissolve sugar and salt in vingegar before adding oil. Shake/Beat well.
- Add dressing to salad and toss to coat. Serve and enjoy!
note: for the noodles - cook spagetti to AlDente
rince in cold water and drain for 1/2 hr.
In a turkey fryer fry noodles until golden 350-F
Drain, salt and when cool break up noodles.

noodles from the grocery store.
