I I'm new to this forum so please be patient
I have always loved to cook and as the 5th child of a large family (and female) I grew up in the kitchen. My mum, grandmother and aunties were all great home cooks.
I am branching out and working at refining my foods and trying different foods.
In the last week I made for the first time, my version of;
Boston Baked Beans. (yummo)
Pasta - fettuccine first
Ravioli - pumpkin with burnt sage butter
For lunch today I made a ravioli from masterchef last night - filling is ricotta and spinach with an eggyolk settled into a dip. It was very rich and yummy with the runny yolk oozing thru the ricotta mix and burnt sage butter.
Tonight I have a rolled rub beef pot roast that I am going to do in the pressure cooker as I currently do not have a working oven. Hopefully after tax time this year I will have my new Bosch freestanding dual fuel oven.
