I gave up Corporate America in 2001 and opened a Food business: conserves, pickles, chutneys, jellies - you name it, I bottled it.
I also followed my passion for cooking and started giving courses, classes, doing lunches, doing events, and so on. The biggest event (so far) was a Gala Dinner for 170. A tough one!!
I absolutely adore vegetables ( although I´m not a vegetarian) and will eat any vegetable/fruit you can throw my way.
I´m also a specialist in Indian food; just love the way Indian cooks manage spices. I´ll cook anything at hand, mind you!
