My Bleu Heaven Burgers

[SIZE=+1]3 lb. lean ground beef[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]1/2 c. minced fresh chives[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]1 tsp. cracked black pepper[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]1 1/2 tsp. salt[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]1 tsp. powdered mustard[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]12 soft sandwich buns[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]In a large stainless steel bowl crumble the bleu cheese and mix well [/SIZE][SIZE=+1]with ground beef, chives, tabasco sauce,[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, and mustard. [/SIZE][SIZE=+1]Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]Preheat grill (indoor or outdoor) for high heat, and lightly oil grate.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]Shape the burger mixture into 10 patties of equal size. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=+1]Grill 5 minutes, flip over and grill 4 minutes more, or to your desired doneness.[/SIZE]
