I am about to stuff some Squid tubes, my main ingredients are Portabello Mushrooms, garlic and red onions.
I would like some suggestions as to what to add to give the combination some zing.
I have a good range of Asian sauces and other condiments etc available.
First post, be nice:LOL:

Welcome to DC.

I'd add some Thai Sweet Chili sauce or Sriracha for a bit of heat. I think either would boost flavor in that mix. I use both as a dipping sauce for calamari rings.

Welcome to DC colc!

That sounds quite tasty. I've never been brave enough to do stuffed tubes.
Let us know how they turn out,

 and of course, recipe (and even pics)

+1 to Andy.
For me, I would combine buttered panko bread crumbs, mined crab, minced salad shrimp, a little Tabasco, a little Sriracha, diced onion, garlic. Stuff the tubes, dredge in flour, egg wash, then tempura batter. Deep fry until golden. Remove and drain o paper towels.

in place of the hot sauces, you could use either Hollandaise sauce, or tomato/horseradish sauce, or even a honey/mustard, You could also use wasabi paste.
