A friend brought me a Tuscan melon and some Crab so here is what we came up with...I really enjoyed it.
Mix 3/4 c. mayo,1/4 t. garlic powder,the juice of 1 lime, 3 tea. Dijon,1 t Worcestershire,1/2 t. dried tarragon, 8 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 T. brandy and 1 lb.crab meat,and 1/2 of cantaloupe cut into squares or balls...Chill. and lay either romaine or butter lettuce on platter, and top with the crab mixture. Sprinkle with toasted nuts, your choice...Great with tiny rare Frenched lamb chops or a nice grilled sausage and a glass of white wine..
