What is happening with Wondra flour

Whoops… good thing I’m not in charge of Thanksgiving gravy.

I love Wondra!

Didn't we have something like Wondra here in Canada? I remember using it for gravy, but that was eons ago.

I have never used anything like Wondra. I did come across this:

Yeah, I think that's pretty much the same thing taxy. I remember a cannister though. Maybe Wondra was available up here for a while?

My Kroger has been out for months but yesterday they had it on the shelf.

Looks similar. I did find Wondra at Fred Meyers

I found some at fred meyers. Thanks for the replies. I use it for making roux's or thickening sauces.
