The sandwiches did not turn out exactly the same as the restaurants but they were really good. My wife is working so late that I wind up doing all the cooking. Thats cutting in to my free time and has to stop. I think tonight we will feast on PB&J and maybe a bowl of soup.

bjcotton, hope tonights dinner is more appealing to you.

Last night I made my Crab & Artichoke Crostini using nice thick slices of diagonally cut fresh toasted Italian bread. Two thickly-topped slices each + a mixed green salad were perfect for supper, & I have enough topping left over for my lunch today - yum!!
