Sunday, Feb. 13th 2022 Dinner

Or in my case, both lunch and dinner. Pizza! Sausage, onion, green peppers, Monterey Jack and Mozzarella cheeses, pepperoni, home canned pizza sauce, oregano and garlic salt sprinkled on the dough and sauce before the additions. Now to the couch....

Made a miso/dashi broth, added veggies, noodles and pan fried pork gozya.

Ice cream will be dessert.

A small bowl, not a Super Bowl, of bran flakes with a splash of almond milk.

I don't usually buy deli meats, but I decided to be kitchen lazy today. They had very nice, lean roast beef in the case. Brought some of that home along with provolone cheese and cute mini sub buns. The rolls have about half the dough of a regular sub bun and fit our appetites just right. I'll add a few tater tots to our plates and probably call it supper.
