We had just enough leftover corned beef and cabbage for one. Himself took care of that. Worked for me. I made myself a salad and a mushroom-and-Swiss cheese omelet with Trader Joe's 21 Salute seasoning.

We ordered from Harveys. DH got a couple of burgers and a poutine. I had a salad with crispy chicken strips. We also got some deep fried jalapeño rings. It was all tasty. Harvey's makes good burgers. I don't eat the burgers, because they have soy.

My knee is getting better, but I'm not ready to spend a lot of time in the kitchen yet. DH is doing the cooking, but it's not his favorite thing to do, so we're having easy dinners right now. Last night was grilled burgers and corn on the cob. Might as well enjoy summer grilling while it lasts!
