I asked this question earlier this year before my hiatus and maybe all the newer, brilliant minds can help. I've been trying to make a mustard vinaigrette dressing that was served over a spinach salad with crumbled bacon and chopped hard-boiled eggs. It came from my favorite restaurant of all time which has changed ownership and is now TERRIBLE! Anyone ever hear of a dressing like this? I've come close but I'm still missing something! :? It took me 4 years to duplicate their Quiche Lorraine and whoever comes up with the dressing will win my everlasting respect and gratitude!
