This is pretty zesty, so temper the degree of hotness by using a light hand with the pepper flakes or chili oil.
1-lb. turkey breast, cooked and cubed
1/4-bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1/2-c. chopped tomatoes
1/4-c. diced red onion
1-serrano chili, chopped (optional)
cilantro sprigs for garnish
Dressing
1-tea. red pepper flakes
1-tea. sesame oil
1-tea. chili oil
1-Tab. rice wine vinegar
1/2-c. mayo
Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve garnished with cilantro.
serves 4
I just dump everything in a large bowl and mix as I go:ROFLMAO:
enjoy,

This sounds really good. I'll have to leave out the cilantro though LOL
Texas, leave out the cilantro, besides if ya use all that chili oil and red pepper flakes, I doubt that you'd miss it  Should be good without...
