Looking for "willing" Boston chefs

I was wondering if there were any professional chefs in the Boston area who would be willing to do a cooking demonstration for the Wellesley College Cooking Club? We are a brand new club, and we would love to learn from local chefs.

Michael Schlow does a cooking class at Radius. The Monteins do them at Elephant Walk. Chris Kimball supposedly does something at BU (which has a culinary arts program).
